Tickets for purchases up to Wednesday 15th June have now been sent out.  

Tickets for purchases made from 16th June onwards are sent within 24 hours of purchase.

Tours can only be booked by holders of tickets to see SIX at Hampton Court Palace.  You must have an existing booking for the show before you can book a Pre-Show Tour or a VIP Tour.

Pre Show Tour -

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME TOUR START TIMES ARE SOLD OUT.  Only Tour start times with available tickets will be displayed when you click Find Tickets.  It is possible that further tickets will become available for sold out tours prior to the performance date but this cannot be guaranteed. It is necessary to keep checking the website for availability.  

A 45-minute tour and option of a standard glass of wine, beer or soft drink which can be redeemed from the garden or auditorium bar. This must be before the performance starts as the bars shut when the performance commences.
A drinks token will be allocated to each ticket holder on arrival. Tour Price £35 per ticket

Cancellation Policy

There is no entitlement to a refund of a purchase at any time unless the applicable performance of the show is cancelled.

Performances at Hampton Court Palace are not cancelled in case of rain.  This is an outdoor event and only limited, specified seats are under cover.

Good To Know

Hampton Court Palace is a historic building and therefore has uneven surfaces. There is however a step-free route from the Palace Gardens to Palace Courtyard – please ask the stewards for assistance with this route.

All tickets are non refundable unless a performance is cancelled.

Where Do I Go

If arriving by train, bus, taxi or on foot – please arrive at the main entrance of the Palace and ask to be directed to the tour Host.


If arriving by car and parking in the complimentary event car park in Home Park please enter the Palace gardens, walk towards the entrance into the Palace and ask for the tour Host. Please allow 30 minutes from arriving in the car park until the start of your tour.

 

BY TRAIN: Hampton Court Palace is situated only a few minutes’ walk from Hampton Court Station which is on a direct line to and from London Waterloo. There are 2 trains per hour from London Waterloo with the direct trains, which take 40 minutes from central London. Please visit southwesttrains for further info or to book your ticket. Alternatively, you can call 0345 6000 650.

BY CAR: Hampton Court Palace is situated to the South West of Central London and is close to Kingston Upon Thames. It is 20 minutes from junctions 15, 12 and 10 of the M25. Complimentary parking facilities a few minutes’ walk from the Palace are available to SIX patrons. Festival car parking will be signposted on all major approach roads. Car Parks will be open from 5pm onwards on Sunday 19 June and from 11am on Monday 20 June. The Car Park will close one hour after the end of the performance. For drivers using sat nav systems, please enter the postcode KT8 9AU and follow the parking signs for The Festival once in the area.

BY BUS: Local bus services R68, 411, 111 & 216 serve Hampton Court Palace.

BY BOAT: A boat service from Turks Pier, Kingston-Upon- Thames (short walk from Kingston station) to Hampton Court Palace (journey time 30mins).
